Jazz Piano & Drum LessonsMusic lessons are offered for the following: Drum Set/Snare with Milton Randall Cost: $58 Per hour (private) Semi-private lessons also available All skill levels welcome, introductory to advanced Djembe/Hand Drumming Group Lessons with Milton Randall Cost: $15 Per hour. Minimum 4 students in a class. All skill levels welcome, introductory to advanced Jazz Piano or Classical Piano with Mayumi Randall (Private and Semi-Private lessons) -Prepare for Royal Conservatory exams. -Expand knowledge and skills in Popular and Jazz music styles (Improvisation) -Curriculum to be customized to individual student’s interests -Building student’s self esteem through success, achievement and an enjoyable experience. Teacher philosophy: Program is designed to give students a lifelong enjoyment of music. I believe much of the passion for music comes from having enjoyable lessons and a feeling of success. If feeling successful for a particular student means scoring high grades for RCM exams then I am comfortable and qualified to take this direction. If a student is interested in learning a full range of styles with the goal of becoming a versatile player (pop, blues, jazz, and classical), then this is also something I feel comfortable and qualified to teach. My mission is to enhance the lives of students through music, no matter what age or skill level. Teacher profile: -Doctor of Musical Arts in Piano Performance (classical) from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. -Enrolled in Jazz Studies Program at the University of North Texas. -Accompanist for recitals, competitions, and music festivals. -Over 20 years of teaching experience, including university level.
